Due to the nature of hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged or incorrect.

To qualify for a replacement:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
 • Product must be unused and in original packaging
•Photos of the issue must be provided

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
